Basic rental guide

Here we leave you a small practical guide to guide you when reading real estate ads

• As a general rule the apartments are described by the number of rooms.

• Neither the bathroom, nor the kitchen or the living room count as "rooms" or "pieces". If we find an ad for example that says "2 pieces" we will understand that apart from the living room there are two other rooms.

• In Spain when renting an apartment is quite common to find both furnished and empty apartments. The kitchen is always equipped with the bare essentials.
