The Department of Physics and Astronomy at Dartmouth College invites applications for two postdoctoral positions: one in plasma physics and one in plasma astrophysics. We particularly encourage applications from early career scientists with expertise and interest in kinetic plasma physics, computational plasma physics, high-energy astrophysics, relativistic and magnetospheric plasmas, turbulence, and analytic theory. These positions offer abundant opportunities for cross-group and multi-institutional collaborations. A PhD in Physics, Astrophysics, or a related field is required. The initial appointment is for two years, with the possibility of renewal for a third year. Applications received by January 1, 2025, will receive full consideration.
